Modules we build on the sysc SDK remain sysc's intellectual property; your Pro license grants you full use of them while your subscription is active. Any specifications or infrastructure details you provide stay confidential and remain yours. Perpetual-use rights, category exclusivity, or source escrow can be negotiated for specific modules.
When you want to build your own modules. The SDK license is part of Enterprise, along with an integration engineer who works alongside your team on architecture and module design. Also the right fit if you need on-premise deployment or an SLA.
You do. The Enterprise SDK license grants you the right to build modules on sysc and own the IP of what you build. You can keep them private, share them with partners, or ship them to your own customers — your call.
